READY
WE ARE READY 24 HOURS TO HELP YOU.
STEP ONE
The first step in the repair process is to look underneath your vehicle and see if you can identify if your converter was stolen. We have lots of helpful pictures on this site showing you what it looks like when it is in place, as well as missing. This will help you determine if your converter needs to be replaced.
STEP TWO
Once you have determined that your converter needs to be replaced, the next step is to make contact with us. You can do this by giving us a quick phone call, sending a text, or an email. Please include your full name, the address of the location of the vehicle, and the VIN number. The VIN number can be found on your registration as well as in multiple places on the vehicle. This information is extremely helpful in making sure the correct parts are quoted and installed.
STEP THREE
After we have received your contact information, we will put together a complete quote for parts, labor, and tax. We will email this estimate to you and once we have received your approval to proceed, we will order the parts.
STEP FOUR
When the parts arrive, we will contact you and schedule the installation date. Our team of experienced technicians will handle the installation process and make sure that your vehicle is running at its best.
We understand that unexpected repairs can be stressful, which is why we work with all types of budgets. We offer different options to fit different budgets and needs, so you can have access to quality catalytic converter replacement services, regardless of your budget.
In addition to working with different budgets, we have experience working with most major insurance companies. We understand the claims process and can work with your insurance company to make sure that your repair is covered. This means that you can have peace of mind knowing that you are getting the best service at the best price.
We use only the highest quality OEM parts to ensure that your vehicle is running at its best. We believe in using OEM parts as often as possible to ensure the longevity and reliability of your vehicle. Your vehicle is a significant investment and we want to make sure it is running at its best.
However, we also understand that OEM parts are not always available, and that’s where our connections come in.
